Desert Roots Care is an independent, informational directory of licensed assisted living homes, assisted living centers, and adult foster care facilities in Arizona. We compile and present publicly available licensing data from the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).

We are not:

  • A senior placement agency, referral service, or care coordinator
  • A healthcare provider, medical professional, or care facility
  • A licensing authority, regulator, or government agency
  • A legal, financial, or medical advisor

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a recommendation or endorsement of any specific facility.

2. Accuracy of Information

We source facility information from Arizona Department of Health Services public licensing records and update our data on a regular basis, generally monthly. However:

  • Licensing data can change between our updates, including license status, capacity, ownership, and contact information
  • We do not independently inspect, audit, or verify the current operating status, quality of care, or physical condition of any facility listed
  • We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any information on the Site

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any facility’s current license status, inspection history, and suitability before making any decision. We strongly encourage you to confirm information directly through Arizona’s official AZ Care Check tool and by contacting facilities and appropriate licensing authorities directly.

3. No Endorsement or Referral Relationship

The inclusion of any facility on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of that facility’s quality, safety, or suitability for any individual’s needs. We do not screen, vet, rank facilities by quality, or otherwise evaluate facilities beyond presenting their publicly available licensing information.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
